Surrounded by quaint shops, live music, children's art activities, and the local Farmers Market, the fair brings together top artists from the region across a variety of disciplines. Cash prizes will be awarded during the event.

  1. Exhibitor Presence

    • The Exhibitor must be present to exhibit and manage all displays during AOTG on Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

    • Exhibitors are limited to their assigned booth space(s), which are non-transferable.

    • Exhibitors who have not been accepted, invited, or have not paid booth fees will not be permitted to exhibit.

  2. Original Artwork

    • All work must be original art, conceived and executed solely by the artist.

    • A maximum of 25% of booth space may display reproductions, which must be clearly labeled as such.

    • Reproductions are defined as art copied by digital, photographic, or other means and printed via methods such as offset press, serigraph press, inkjet, laser, or Giclée printing.

  3. Booth Setup

    • Each booth space measures 10' x 10'.

    • Exhibitors must provide their own tent (secured with weights, no stakes), booth displays, and furniture.

    • Electricity will not be available; exhibitors should plan accordingly.

  4. Internet Access

    • Wi-Fi will not be provided; exhibitors must rely on personal cellular data or hotspots.

  5. Collaborating Artists

    • Artists who mutually create pieces together and have been juried as collaborators may share one booth space under a single booth fee.

    • Artists creating separate works, even if sharing studio space or working in a similar style, do not qualify as collaborators and must apply individually.

    • If two or more artists wish to share one booth space, each must apply, be accepted, and pay the application and booth fees.

  6. Professional Conduct

    • Exhibitors must conduct themselves and their transactions in a professional manner throughout the event.

  7. Artwork Sales

    • All work must be for sale, with prices clearly displayed.

    • All sales will be conducted directly between the Exhibitor and the purchaser.

  8. Tax Compliance

    • Exhibitors must collect and remit all applicable taxes to the Illinois Department of Revenue.

    • The FAA is not responsible for any sales transactions or tax obligations of the Exhibitor.

  9. Judging and Awards

    • Exhibitors' work will be reviewed during the event by the judge(s).

    • Prizes and/or commendations will be awarded to selected Exhibitors.

  10. Compliance with Rules

    • The FAA reserves the right to expel any Exhibitor or deem them ineligible for awards if they fail to comply with these exhibition rules.

  11. Participation Commitment

    • Upon acceptance, Exhibitors commit to being present and exhibiting their work at AOTG.

    • Accepted Exhibitors must remit the $50.00 booth fee by May 15, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline may result in disqualification from participation.

    • Withdrawals made prior to June 1, 2025, are eligible for a refund of booth fees minus a $20 processing fee. Withdrawals after June 1 are non-refundable.

    • This agreement extends to promotional efforts for the following year’s AOTG.

  13. Liability Waiver

    • The Exhibitor releases the FAA, its staff, and volunteers from all liability for damage to or destruction of their artwork, equipment, supplies, displays, or other property.
